What Shiftegan Group offers in essence is consultation services and execution of the solutions for advertising, marketing and sales of the organizations.
The distinctive feature of the Shiftegan Group is that it is not just a consultant who recommends theoretical solutions to organizations and leaves it at that. It also takes on the responsibility to execute the solutions and guarantees to lead them to successful conclusion.
A part of these solutions will be executed by the professionals at Shiftegan, and the rest by the companies approved by and under the supervision of Shiftegan. Although Shiftegan’s Project Managers will not personally handle some of the solutions they have suggested during the consultation phase, they will be fully responsible for the management of the outsourcing groups involved in the project. This will give the managers of the client organizations a chance to relax and devote their time to other pressing issues at their organizations.
Shiftegan’s project execution starts with the clients themselves. An expert team will join the clients at their working environment for a short period of time to do an on-location survey on different areas of advertising, marketing and sales, and prepare a report on the strengths and weaknesses of the organization. They will then use this report to propose solutions for each of the problems at hand, and present their proposal and operational plan to the managers of the client organizations.
